REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Binno Jewels.

Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. Before your product is dispatched, rest assure that it is thoroughly inspected before shipping.  Binno Jewels does not offer any “Exchange” or “returns”.

All products purchased from our site can be exchanged within 10 days only if:

The item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery or the product is vastly different from the original order!

If any of these issues occurs, please email pictures of the defective item at binnojewels@gmail.com within 2 days after the receipt of the items.  We will look at each case individually and will do our best to come to a fair resolution.

Then you will have the choice to receive another merchandise or get store credit.

The customer will be responsible for all the shipping and handling costs.

Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All Custom orders/ unstitched items will not be returned or exchanged. All Custom-Made orders on clothing and jewelry are final sales!

Order Cancellation:

Binno Jewels does not offer a “refund” or “money-back guarantee” on purchased items.

2. Customers paying via Credit Card or PayPal may cancel the placed order within 24 hours but before receiving the approval/confirmation email.  

3. In case of order cancelation (if the order is not shipped), the order amount will not be refunded back however a coupon of the same value will be provided that can be used to purchase from Binno Jewels within the next 60 days.

4. Binno Jewels Designs Limited may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card or pay pal payment is declined.

We do not store Credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Binno Jewels PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

1. Binno Jewels makes every effort to ensure that product images & descriptions are as accurate as possible. Please note, however, that there might be some minor differences between product images on the website and the actual product. Such variations may come about due to extra embellishments used during shoots which may differ from original products slightly.

Please bear in mind that colors in pictures may vary slightly from actual item due to the lighting during the photoshoot, your device display settings or printing quality of the catalog and/or inlay cards.

2. For international orders, real-time carrier rates will be shown on the checkout page based on your location and the weight of your order.

3. All details of Binno Jewels’s products are given on the website, and we make every effort to guarantee that the information provided is accurate. Customers are requested to review this information before making an order.

Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt and if the item is defective, or damaged, then you must report the damaged item via email withing 48 hours. To be eligible for an Exchange only, the item must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card of original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund!

There is No Return/ Refund on custom made items or clearance seasonal sale merchandise!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item! Shipping costs are nonrefundable!

REFUNDS WHEN SELLING IN MULTIPLE CURRENCIES:

Refunds are always issued to a customer in the currency that they used to pay for the order. When we issue refunds, the following rules apply:

  • Refunds use the same payment method that was used to pay for the order. We cannot issue a refund to a different card or bank a count.
  • Refunds are issued in the same currency that the customer used to pay for the order. If the customer paid in Euros, then they receive a refund in Euros.
  • If the currency needs to be converted for the refund, then the current currency rate, and not the currency rate at the time of the order, is used in the conversion. You’re charged a currency conversion fee when the payment is converted, but not when a refund is issued. Currency conversion fees and credit card fees aren’t returned to you when you issue a refund.
  • If we use a manual conversion rate, then refunds are calculated using the currency rate at the time of the order and not the current currency rate.
